In my view, what differentiates Calvert & Fletcher from other recruitment companies, is their personal knowledge of each of their candidates. As a result, they are able to provide only candidates who are ideally suited to the particular role to be filled. This has saved me a significant amount of time which i could otherwise have spent pursuing CV's and having informal initial meetings to gain a gut feel of the candidates.
