Our focus is on candidates who operate in the SME £0-25m turnover segment but we also network and recruit in the larger business arena £25m plus and have several of the key players within this market registered with us.

Counter-offer situations are rare with our candidates, as we cover issues such as this at the outset. In addition, our candidates tend to deal exclusively with ourselves, and not with other consultancies, which assists the speed of the process considerably. One last thing, our approach does involve traditional recruitment practices such as personal networking etc as well as an executive search element. Occasionally, it is more appropriate to undertake a specifically -targetted headhunting assignment for a client, often where there are particular skills required or a high level of confidentiality is necesary. We have worked with a number of cvlients in this way and have tailored each arrangement to suit the client.We find that a combination of these two approaches is the only way to guarantee a consistently high calibre of candidates.
